Igår var vädret perfekt hos mig, sol hela dagen och det blåste lite men det gjorde inget. Jag var ute hela dagen, brände mig lite men det gör inget. Igår var det tisdag då gjorde sambon middag så jag bara chillade och väntade på mat. Inte ofta det händer haha, men tisdagar är hans dagar eftersom jag slutar sent.
Idag gjorde jag Tex Mex soppa, blev lite sugen på den. Det kändes som en sopp-dag.
Älskar jordgubbar + pruttfri choklad
Tex Mex soppa
Ingredienser
2 dl röda linser
1-2 gula lökar
500 g valfri köttfärs (jag hade kalvfärs)
2 msk olja
1 burk krossade tomater
7 ½ dl buljong (vatten + tärning)
1 påse taco mix
1 dl ajvar
1 tsk röd curry pasta
salt + peppar
Creme fraiche
Hackad persilja
Skölj linserna i ljummet vatten och låt stå.
Finhacka löken och stek, tillsätt köttfärsen efter någon minut.
Blanda i ajvar, krossade tomater, taco mixen, curry pasta och linser och stek ca 1-2 minuter. Häll i buljonen och koka under lock ca 10 minuter. Smaka av med salt + peppar. Servera med en klick creme fraiche och lite persilja.
